BUILD COMMUNITY
Join the team responsible for creating an inviting online experience for the entire online community! We strive to make a lasting impact by giving those attending our services a welcoming environment, and helping them take the next steps on their spiritual journey!
Help create a local church community, right where you live! Eastside At Home groups can be anywhere from 5-40 people (depending on the space!). These leaders match their skills of connection & conversation with their passion for helping others find and pursue God, in our weekly online church services!
Use your passion to help those new to faith and new to church, get connected into environments where they can begin to grow and give back to others! We’d love to have you join our Next Steps Team, and help other excel in their faith!
Use your enthusiasm and fun people skills to make our Online Campus more personal and friendly for those progressing in their spiritual journey at Eastside. This team focuses on making connections with those who attend our church, and encouraging them to take spiritual next steps!
Use your heart for people and meaningful conversation, to follow up with those who need prayer, respond to requests for spiritual support, give encouragement, or simply show gratitude for an individual’s partnership with us at Eastside!

Do you love people and thrive in a group setting? Use your skills of connection and conversation as a small group leader! Small groups are weekly gatherings of 5-15 people that meet in homes, coffeeshops, the great outdoors, and online. They provide a place where you can make friends, follow Jesus, and make a difference.

Use your super power of organization and administration to make our teams better! Your specialized office, phone or computer skills can really help out during the week!

This group of Change Makers facilitates compassion activity and mobilizes Eastsiders to serve. Projects vary depending on the season, skillset, and campus. Ways you can serve while on the Crew include shopping or delivering partner supplies, helping support global heading out, prepping compassion experiences for other Eastside groups, helping promote upcoming compassion opportunities at your campus, and more. The Dream Team is a Change Maker Team for those who are called and blessed to help build God’s kingdom through Eastside with the gift of giving beyond the level of the tithe. Dream Team members gratefully recognize that God has given them the spiritual gift of giving along with the resources to make an eternal impact for generations to come.
