As the Central Director of Small Groups, you will lead and oversee the small group ministry strategy across all Eastside campuses. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and training small group leaders, developing engaging curriculum, fostering community within groups, and ensuring alignment with the church’s discipleship and spiritual growth vision. You will actively promote small group participation across the church network, serving as the primary point person for Eastside Groups ministry.

As a Weekend Experience Producer, you play a crucial role in creating an engaging and memorable experience for our church community across all campuses. You will work closely with the Creative Arts team to ensure that all elements of the weekend experience are executed flawlessly. This includes coordinating with volunteer teams, managing timelines, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. A strong faith in God and a passion for creating an environment where people can connect are essential for this role. Your attention to detail and organization will be invaluable as you work to bring the vision of Eastside to life each week.

As a Filmmaker at Eastside, your passion and craft for storytelling and dedication to video creation are vital to this position. Your willingness to accept different roles in order to create a diverse range of content is essential in effectively helping communicate Eastside vision and beliefs through each weekend service. Your creativity and attention to detail will be instrumental in helping to engage and inspire our community. By working together with the rest of the team, you will have the opportunity to create impactful and meaningful content that truly helps reach those far from God.
