Compassion Admin Assistant

As the Compassion Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the Compassion team to ensure that all administrative details of Local and Global Compassion are executed flawlessly. This includes coordinating with ministry leads, volunteer teams, managing timelines, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. A strong faith in God and a passion for creating an environment where people can connect are essential for this role. Your attention to detail and organization will be invaluable as you work to bring the vision of Eastside to life each week.

Local Compassion Coordinator

Salary range:
$56,000-60,000/year

As the Local Compassion Coordinator, you will help lead the day-to-day operation of Eastside’s Local Compassion ministry, carrying initiatives and serving opportunities from first plan through final delivery. In this role you will engage our local outreach partner relationships directly, mobilize and care for the volunteers who serve alongside them, and fill whatever gap stands in the way. You will work alongside the Local Compassion Director and our campus and ministry teams to grow into deeper ownership of partner relationships, leader development, and strategy over time.
