Napuu School in kenya
Kenya will always hold a special place in my heart. This trip—my third—became even more meaningful because it was a shared mission with my sister.
My sister Stacy and I set a goal to fundraise and provide Days for Girls kits for every 5th–9th grade girl at Napuu School, a beautiful little school where we were blessed with daily lunches and warm hospitality. In less than three weeks, our friends and family came together and generously funded the entire project, allowing us to donate 400 reusable, sustainable menstrual kits.
Your Story Is Better If You Go
These kits provide more than supplies—they give girls dignity, confidence, and the opportunity to attend school without unnecessary barriers.
Boys and girls were brought together to learn about their anatomy and the incredible way God designed the human body. The students soaked up every bit of information—many eagerly taking notes in their notebooks for future reference. Watching their curiosity and engagement was truly unforgettable.
Seeing the joy and radiant smiles on the girls’ faces as they received their kits is a moment that will be etched in my heart forever. Something so simple, yet so impactful, can truly change the trajectory of a young girl’s life. Witnessing that was an incredible blessing.
A heartfelt thank you to every donor—this would not have been possible without your love, generosity, and support.
Every trip to Kenya has been amazing. You come home thinking, nothing could ever top this, and yet something new and special unfolds each time. It’s a reminder that God always has more on our agendas than we can see—we just have to trust Him and stay open to what He’s doing.
