2025 Staff Development days
Orange County, CA | June 3-5
The Executive Team proudly invites you to the 2025 Staff Development Days, a valuable opportunity for motivation, inspiration, and enrichment training. This event will be held Tuesday, June 3rd – Thursday, June 5th on the Anaheim Campus in sunny Orange County, CA.
Hosted accommodations and group travel for our out-of-town friends, meals and activities, as outlined in this agenda, will be provided. Spouses are also invited to join in select activities, as shared below.

- Can I bring a guest? No, this invitation is exclusively for Staff and their spouses.
- What portion can my Spouse participate in? Other than the trainings and huddles scheduled during the daytime on Tuesday, June 3rd, Spouses are invited to everything else. Refer to the agenda above referencing “Spouses”.
- Will Eastside cover the travel expenses for my spouse as well? Eastside will cover the cost of travel for you and your spouse if you are traveling from out-of-town.
- What charge code(s) do I use for reporting the APPROVED expenses? Please use: 1-001-550-63810. Travel & Accommodations Project Code: #5391. F&B Project Code: #5392.
- I am traveling from out-of-town, what type of accommodations will be offered? We are grateful to our staff and Eastside residents who are kindly offering accommodation in their homes during these days. If you are traveling from out of town, Araxie Griffin will contact you directly to coordinate your lodging.

- What is the dress code? The suggested attire for all events is comfortable and casual. Kindly refer to the agenda for any variations based on scheduled activities.
- Are meals included? Eastside will be covering the cost of meals as based on our agenda. You will be responsible for any food or beverages purchased outside of the provided agenda.
- I have dietary restrictions. Who do I need to notify? You will be able to provide this information within your RSVP.
