Maybe it would do us all some good to honestly talk about it. To remove any stigma, any embarrassment, any “faking fine,” and as a family open up some life-giving dialogue and invite God to meet us there. To help you on this journey our team has collected some resources to point you towards your next step.

So all month long we’re asking the question What’s on your MIND?  We’re attempting to have an honest conversation about mental health. The evidence is overwhelming that our global covid pandemic has led to a mental and emotional health pandemic. If you find yourself or a loved one in a season of anxiety check out these resources our team has collected for support groups, counseling, our upcoming mental health panel, books, prayers, and meditations.

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7
