You’re not alone; everyone has a first time.
Here are your best next steps:
1. Join a small group this summer.
Every Wednesday at 6:30pm – the easiest way to meet people before the retreat.
2. Come to our August meet-ups ( Aug 5th, 19th, 26th)
We’ll host a few gatherings for everyone going leaders, drivers,and anyone signed up.
You’ll meet people, get your questions answered, and to help you feel ready heading into the weekend.
You won’t show up alone, we’ll help you get connected.
We drive ourselves, but in a caravan from Campus. Most people:
- Rally a group of friends
- Fill up cars
- Road trip up together
We need drivers! Bonus: We cover 100% of gas for drivers (to and from). Don’t have a ride? We’ll help you find a seat in someone’s car.

We’ll place you with a group and leaders who will:
● Connect with you before the trip
● Sit with you during sessions
● Hang with you throughout the weekend

Once you’re there, you’re covered.
- Comfortable clothes (layers it gets cooler at night)

We’ll send a full packing list closer to the trip
Hume Lake Christian Camp
Cabin-style housing with your group.
A mix of:
● Group time
● Worship + teaching
● Breakouts
● Free time
● Late-night hangs
You’ll have structure but also space to relax and connect.
We leave Friday early (8:30am) and return Monday (Labor Day) (11:30pm.)
Exact times and details will be shared as we get closer.
You can note that during registration— the camp does a great job accommodating.
It’s the mountains… so technically yes 😅 But the camp is safe, organized, and used to hosting groups like ours.
