LOCAL PARTNER CARE
Over the past two years, we’ve provided this support to multiple partner organizations. Your giving enables us to expand this care to more of our local partners, creating ripple effects that will touch thousands of lives throughout our communities.

Investing in Those Who Invest in Others
At Eastside, we believe in serving those who serve—supporting the leaders and teams on the frontlines, pouring into the most vulnerable in our communities. Healthy leaders create thriving organizations, and when we care for those who care for others, the impact multiplies.
Our Local Partners give tirelessly—mentoring youth, supporting families, and creating safe spaces of hope for those in need. Yet through ongoing conversations, a recurring theme emerged: they were pouring out, but no one was pouring into them. Many were stretched thin, running on empty, and in need of rest and renewal.
We are changing that.
The Ripple Effect of Renewal
Because of your generosity, we have begun providing renewal opportunities for partner organizations, staff teams, and even board members.
One example is our incredible partner, Club Christ. They were in deep need of this kind of renewal. This small but mighty team of six serves at-risk children in some of the toughest neighborhoods in Las Vegas. Through mentorship, academic support, and leadership development, they are shaping young lives and breaking cycles of hardship. But their team needed a moment to pause, refocus, and reconnect.
Thanks to your support, we funded a three-day staff retreat for Club Christ’s team. They traveled to Arizona, stood in awe of God’s creation at the Grand Canyon, worshiped together, and strategically planned for the future of their ministry. This time away was not just a literal breath of fresh air—it spurred creativity, passion, and innovation.
The impact? A stronger, re-energized team that is now better equipped to serve the 135 children at their centers. But the ripple effect doesn’t stop there—it extends to the children’s families, their volunteers, and the entire community impacted by their work.
“You truly have given us the ability to be refreshed with godly perspectives going into the summer program and new school year. This translates to the kids receiving the overflow of what God has done in us on this trip. Many blessings to you all and so thankful for our partnership. We truly feel your love and care for us. Thank you for making this possible. Love you all!”

Deepening the Ripple: Helping the Helpers, Transforming Communities
When you invest in those who serve, you invest in every life they impact. Many frontline staff, volunteers, and teams are still weary and in need of rest—helpers who, if given the chance to pause and be replenished, would return stronger, more focused, and even more effective in their mission.
Our vision is to expand this initiative, making renewal retreats and restorative opportunities a core part of how we support our Local Partners. Jesus Himself modeled the importance of rest—not as a luxury, but as a necessity for those called to serve. ‘Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.’ (Mark 6:31) If He needed rest to continue His mission, how much more do those who tirelessly serve others? By providing space for renewal, we equip those on the frontlines to continue their mission with strength, clarity, and purpose — creating ripple effects that will touch thousands of lives throughout our communities. With additional funding, we will:
Offer more retreats and resources to partners who desperately need time to rest and reset.
Provide structured renewal opportunities that equip teams to serve from a place of health and strength.
Create sustainable rhythms of rest and reflection for those who give so much to others.
Your continued generosity fuels the well-being of those carrying out the mission of service in our communities. Thank you for believing in the power of investing in people, for standing with us, and for making renewal and restoration a reality for those who need it most.
