2023 staff retreat

• *Las Vegas will travel via carpool.
• SoCal, *Park Rapids, and *other out-of-state (non-LV) will be traveling via Charter Bus from the Anaheim and Redlands Campus.

While we would not want you to miss out on the exciting team building happening alongside the group, if you have extenuating circumstances that require you to drive independently, please notify your supervisor and contact Denise Castillo to discuss your options.

Not a problem! A Room Buddy will be assigned to you.

The discounted group rate is $139.00 per night. After taxes and fees, the total nightly rate is $185.55 per night. Additional information will be provided to you at a later time and you will be required to provide your method of payment upon check in.

Unfortunately, this event will be specifically designed for Eastside Staff only. This will allow us to fellowship outside of our traditional work environments.

While we cannot control who books at the hotel independently, we highly advise against bringing family members or guests. Our agenda will be filled with team building activities.

Please notify supervisor and Denise Castillo immediately. The hotel has a 30 day cancellation policy for hotel accommodations and meals. Although we cannot control unforeseeable circumstances, we would like to avoid incurring any penalties as much as possible.

Yes! Eastside will be covering the cost of meals as based on our agenda. You will be responsible for any food or beverages purchased outside of the provided agenda.

Yes! Please refer to the sample agenda for reference. Feel free to use this time however you’d like. You will be responsible for the expenses incurred during your free time.

From sightseeing to golfing to relaxing at a spa, there’s plenty to do in Palm Springs! Refer to the Free Time Activities page for ideas! You will be responsible for arranging and the expense pertaining to these activities.
