SUMMER FEST FAQ’s

 

Can I still register my student? Online registration is closed, but there will be walk-up registration on Thursday and Friday at the check-in areas. The cost will be $30.00, and cash or card will be accepted.

 

Where do I drop off my student? You can drop off your students by the main entrance (Door 1) off Miller St. Look for the balloon arches and check-in signs.

 

Where do I pick my student up? You can pick up your students at the same place where you dropped them off.

 

What should my student wear? Comfortable and casual summer clothes. No bathing suits or towels will be needed.

 

Will dinner be provided, or should my student eat beforehand? Dinner will be provided on both evenings between 5:00-6:00 PM.

 

Do I need to go with my student to check-in? Parents do not need to be present but are more than welcome to accompany their student to check-in.

 

Will my student be with a group? Students are placed in a small group upon arrival and will be with that same group for the duration of the event.

 

Will there be transportation provided for Redlands and Bellflower campuses? There will be transportation available, please contact your local campus pastor for more information.

 

Can my student bring friends? Yes! The more the merrier! We believe this will be a fantastic experience for students and their friends, regardless of if they attend Eastside regularly or are visiting. We’ll do our best to ensure they end up in the same small group to give them the best experience possible.

 

What time does it end? This is NOT an overnight event; please plan to pick up your student Thursday at 10:30pm and Friday at 11:00pm

 

What if my student can’t make it both nights? The best experience will certainly be attending both nights. However, if they can’t, please ensure your student tells the team at check-in so their small group leader knows when to expect them.
